Articles submitted in <strong>Jurnal Amal Pendidikan</strong> must follow the journal article writing guidelines and follow the journal template. If it does not comply with the journal guidelines and terms then the article is directly rejected. The journal is open access and has had DOI with prefix: <strong>10.36709/japend</strong> by Crossreff</p> <p align="justify">Authors who submit manuscripts to the <strong>Jurnal Amal Pendidikan</strong> must follow the writing guidelines, journal focus and scope, and journal templates. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with these provisions, the article will be rejected. Manuscripts sent by the author will be processed by the editor in chief within 2 weeks so that the author gets certainty of the status of the article (forwarded to reviewers or rejected outright). This study aims to determine the activeness of X.E class students through the Problem Based Learning model in economics subjects in implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu. This research uses descriptive qualitative type. Data sources from economics teachers and students of class X.E. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking with triangulation, namely source triangulation. The results showed that student activeness through the Problem Based Learning model at SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu City was quite good in doing the assignments given by the teacher, some students were very active and always wanted to express their opinions while others tended to be quiet or lacked confidence and, quite a lot of students actively asked questions at each meeting but there were still students who were shy or hesitant to ask directly, students also showed active participation in group discussions and students had various motivations in repeating exercise questions.</p> 2024-08-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Amal Pendidikan https://japend.uho.ac.id/index.php/journal/article/view/136 The Effect of Problem Based Learning Model Assisted by Edunum Application on Numeracy Skills 2024-09-04T16:43:18+00:00 Syarif Hidayatullah Syarifkdi2@gmail.com La Masi Syarifkdi2@gmail.com La Misu Syarifkdi2@gmail.com Salim salim@uho.ac.id <p>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning model assisted by EduNum application on students' numeracy skills at SMAN 4 Kendari. The method in this study used Quantitative and Quasi Experiment type of research with Post-Test Only Control Grub Design research design. The results showed that there was an effect of Problem Based Learning model assisted by EduNum application on students' numeracy skills at SMAN 4 Kendari. This is based on the results of descriptive analysis for the numeracy skills of students in the class using the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by EduNum application has an average of 81.11 with a percentage of 50% high ability category, 43.33% medium ability category and 6.67% low ability category while the class using the Problem Based Learning learning model without the help of EduNum application has an average of 71.39 with a percentage of 26.67% high ability category, 53.33% medium ability category and 20% low ability category. The results of inferential statistical analysis (independent test) obtained significant greater than 0.05 which means that there is an effect of Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by EduNum application on the numeracy skills of students at SMAN 4 Kendari.</p> 2024-08-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Amal Pendidikan
